摘    要:针对Profibus网络中通信站点多、通信距离长、通信速率较高的问题,提出了两种利用RS-485中继器进行网络配置的总线方案,并在实际试验中进行调试与分析,对比得出一种结果较好的总线方案。此外,利用工程案例中传输线路的铺设技巧解决了试验环境中电磁干扰的问题。

Abstract:Two different schemes were proposed to solve the problems of the Profibus fiehlbus system, which has features of great number of communication sites, the long distance between each sites and the high eomnmnieation rates by using RS -485 repeater as a fiehtbus configuration tool. With debugging and analyzing in site test, one scheme was concluded as a practical solution with better performance. In addition, laying technique was exploited to solve electromagnetic interference existing in complicated experimental environment.
