| 摘 要： | 根据郴州卷烟厂的发展规划和实际生产需求，设计了基于DeviceNet现场总线的制丝线贮丝房控制系统，并阐述了系统的结构和功能。该系统是通过PLC作为主站与多台变频器，用DeviceNet现场总线通信构成的高精度变频调速控制、监控系统。实际运行情况表明，该系统大大地提高了生产效率，并具有明显的经济效益。

| Abstract: | According to the Chenzhou cigarette factory development plan and the actual production demand, the control system of tobacco thread storeroom of tobacco thread production line based on the DeviceNet fieldbus was designed, and the system structure and the formidable function were elaborated. This system is the precise timing control system, using PLC as the main platform, connected with many inverters by DeviceNet fieldbus. The acutual running indicated that the system had greatly enhanced the production efficiency, had created the obvious economic benifit. |
