摘    要:针对输煤系统设备数量多、布置分散、与可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)电缆通道长等特点,提出将现场总线技术应用于电厂输煤系统程控中.利用通信网络冗余构建上位监控系统的系统设计方案,并论述了系统的主要功能和组成.

Abstract:The devices for coal handling system in the thermal power plant are large in quantity and wide in distribution,and the distance to programmable logic controller (PLC) is too long. According to this feature, a systematic design method by using of fieldbus control system ( FCS ) for coal handling system was proposed. A design method for the upper monitoring system was constructed by Etheruet redundanee technique. The main function and composition as well as the realization of hardware and software were discussed.
