基于智能变电站间隔层设备顺序控制功能实现

摘    要:针对目前智能变电站顺序控制等高级应用功能可靠性和自动化程度不高等问题,基于智能变电站间隔层设备逻辑虚回路原理,提出了基于智能变电站间隔层设备顺序控制功能实现方法,该方法配置灵活,能可靠实现一次设备的顺序控制和全过程监控,从根本上解决制约顺序控制技术应用问题,提高电网智能化水平。

Realization of Sequential Control Function Based on Bay Layer Equipment in Smart Substation

Abstract:In view of low reliability and automation of the advanced application functions such as sequential control in the smart substation, based on the principle of logical virtual circuit of bay layer equipment in the smart substation, a method of realizing sequential control function of the bay layer equipment in the substation is proposed. This method is flexible in configuration and can reliably realize sequential control and whole process monitoring of the primary equipment. It can fundamentally solve the problems which restrict the application of the sequential control technology, and improve the intellectualization of the power grid.
