摘    要:针对含充换储一体站的主动配电网供电能力评估的问题,提出一种基于区间理论的含电动汽车充换储一体站的主动配电网供电能力评估方法。运用区间理论描述电动汽车到站时刻、充电时间和分布式电源出力的不确定性,并结合换电规则与梯次储能系统充放电策略建立一体站运行模型。以最大供电负荷和线路重载率为指标建立含充换储一体站的主动配电网供电能力评估模型,并结合网络重构方法和仿射运算来求解。算例验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems exited in power supply capability evaluation of active distribution network with charging-swapping-storage integrated station,a method for evaluating power supply capability of active distribution network with the charging-swapping-storage integrated station for electric vehicles based on interval theory is proposed. The interval theory is used to describe the uncertainty of electric vehicle arrival time, charging time and distributed generator output. Combined with the battery swapping rules and the charging/discharging strategy of the cascade energy storage system,the integrated station operation model is established. Based on the maximum load capability and heavy-loaded circuit ratio as indicators, the power supply capability evaluation model of active distribution network with the charging-swapping-storage integrated station is established,and the network reconstruction method and affine arithmetic are combined to solve the problem. The example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
