摘    要:可再生能源富集中心与负荷中心分布上的不均衡,以及风电出力的反调峰特性,导致网络潮流对可再生能源高渗透率地区的大规模风电汇聚外送的约束日益凸显。结合风电汇集区及外送通道的布局特征,计及配置储能前后外送电通道利用率提升的影响,以储能系统配置净收益最大化为目标,建立协调大规模风电汇聚外送的电网侧储能优化配置混合整数线性规划模型,优化决策电网侧储能的选址定容及运行策略。算例分析表明,协调风电汇集区和外送通道空间分布优化规划电网侧储能,可提升外送通道的利用率,促进可再生能源消纳。

Abstract:The unbalanced distribution of renewable energy enrichment centers and load centers, as well as the inverse peak regulation characteristics of wind power output, lead to the increasingly prominent constraints of network power flow on large-scale wind power collection and transmission in areas with high renewable energy penetration. Combined with the transmission and reception layout characteristics of wind power collection area and transmission channel, taking into account the influence of transmission power gain before and after energy storage configuration, and aiming at net income maximization of grid side energy storage system configuration, a mixed integer linear programming model for optimal configuration of grid side energy storage is established to optimize the location, capacity and operation strategy of grid side energy storage. The example analysis shows that coordinating the spatial distribution of wind power collection area and transmission channel to optimize the planning of grid side energy storage can improve the utilization of transmission channel and promote renewable energy consumption.
