无刷直流电机双闭环控制系统的建模与仿真

摘    要:在分析无刷直流电机数学模型的基础上,提出了一种无刷直流电机控制系统仿真建模的新方法。在Matlab/Simulink中按功能进行模块化建模,用M文件和S函数来编写功能模块,实现了电流滞环和转速单神经元PID控制的双闭调速系统仿真。仿真结果与理论分析一致,验证了该控制系统设计的合理性。此仿真模型可用以验证各种控制算法,为无刷直流电机控制系统的分析和设计提供了有效的途径。

Abstract:Based on the mathematical model of the Brushless DC motor(BLDCM),a novel method for modeling and simulation of BLDCM control system was proposed. In Matlab/Simulink, the separate functional blocks were established and connected with M-file and S-function. A simulation system of double-loop with current hysteresis and speed single neuron PID control was realized. The reasonability was testified by the coincidence of the simulation results and theory analysis. This model was also suitable for verifying the reasonability of other control algorithms and offered a new method for analyzing and designing BLDCM control system.
