抽油机用高效高起动转矩永磁同步电动机设计

摘    要:目前油田抽油机的配套电机为异步电动机,由于抽油机负载的特殊性,要求电机起动转矩大、经济运行范围宽,异步电动机难以满足要求,造成电能的浪费.为替代异步电动机和满足高效、高起动转矩和宽经济运行范围的要求,进行高效、高起动转矩22kW、6极永磁同步电动机的设计、试制和试验.结果表明:该产品可替代37kW、6极异步电动机,节能效果明显.

Abstract:At present, the most of motors operating in the oil field are asynchronous motors. The load specialty of the oil drawers requires high start torque and economic operation range, however, it is hard for the asynchronous to take this duty and a lot of electric energy is wasted. In order to develop the high-efficiency PM synchronous motor with high start torque and wide range of economic operation, a 22kW 6 poles PM synchronous motor has been designed, manufactured and tested. The result proves that it is able to substitute a 37kW 6 poles PM synchronous motor with re- markable energy saving.
