怒江电网黑启动网络重构及最优恢复路径选择研究

摘    要:伴随电力系统规模的不断扩大,系统中的小片区故障将会对整个电网造成大面积停电,若故障切除不及时,会使整个电网处于崩溃的状态,因此,本文针对崩溃后的怒江电网,首先制定了适用于怒江电网黑启动的路径恢复原则,并在该恢复原则的基础上设计了一种基于广度优先算法和改进Prim算法的黑启动网架整体恢复策略,最后以怒江电网六库中心变片区作为算例形成四种最优恢复路径,为黑启动决策提供有效建议。

Abstract:With the continuous expansion of power system scale,small-area faults in the system will cause large-scale blackouts to the entire power grid.If the fault is not removed in time,the whole power grid will be in a state of collapse.Therefore,in view of the Nujiang power grid after collapse,this paper first formulates a path recovery principle suitable for black-start of the Nujiang power grid,and on the basis of the recovery principle.Based on the breadth-first algorithm and improved Prim algorithm,an overall restoration strategy of black-start grid is designed.Finally,four optimal restoration paths are formed by taking the six reservoir central area of Nujiang power grid as an example to provide effective suggestions for black-start decision-making.
