凝结水溶氧超标的原因分析

摘    要:在凝汽式火力发电厂中,凝结器是汽轮发电机组重要的附属设备之一。汽轮发电机组凝结水溶氧超标,将腐蚀机组凝结水系统,腐蚀产物在汽水系统中迁移,进一步腐蚀机组热力设备,结垢、积盐。分析了溶氧超标的原因,并给出了相应的解决措施。

Abstract:Condensate pump is an important accessory of steam turbine in condensing thermal power plant. ]But corrosion would occur in condensate system when the dissolved oxygen in condensed water was overstandard, which released corrosive products in the steam-water system and caused scaling and mineral deposition in condensed water. In this paper some causes of over-standard dissolved oxygen in condensed water was analyzed and countermeasures were presented.
