摘    要:电压源逆变器低频和轻载时,死区效应导致相电压和相电流畸变、零电流箝位效应等问题.为解决上述问题,分析死区效应和零电流箝位机理,发现了零电流箝位效应产生的一个主要原因,提出一种死区时间补偿策略.该策略无需电流极性检测,在SVPWM基础上,在每个PWM周期内对两个非零空间电压矢量作用时间分别进行补偿,该补偿根据这两个空间电...
