免疫调节增益的单神经元PID控制器

摘    要:针对单神经元PID控制中学习速度较慢,动态响应时间长等问题,提出了免疫调节增益的单神经元PID控制器.将T细胞免疫调节机理与单神经元PID控制算法相结合,以提高单神经元PID控制器的学习速度,缩短动态响应时间,改善单神经元PID控制器的性能.仿真研究了免疫调节增益的单神经元PID控制器的定值跟踪性能和抗干扰性能以及直流电机伺服控制性能.仿真实验结果表明,这种新的控制算法学习速度快,动态响应时间短,具有较强的自适应性和鲁棒性,其控制性能优于单神经元PID控制.

Abstract:In view of the questions of the single neuron Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID) control algorithm,a new immune-based single neuron PID controller is presented in this paper.Based on the fusion of the T cell immune tuning mechanism for the single neuron PID control technique,the learning rate,dynamic response and the performance of single neuron PID controller were improved.The tracking capabilities,anti-disturbance capabilities and direct current motor servocontrol capabilities of the immune-based single neuron PID controller were analyzed.The simulation results show that its learning rate is fast and its dynamic response time is short.And the novel algorithm has a strong robustness and self-adaptive,and its performance is better than that of the regular single neuron PID control.
