基于神经网络的永磁直线同步电动机推力波动补偿的仿真研究

摘    要:通过分析永磁直线同步电动机推力波动机理(PMLSM),指出引起PMLSM的推力波动的主要原因,并提出了在系统控制指令中叠加补偿指令的推力波动抑制方法。本文运用BP神经网络,建立了波动力估计模型,实现了波动推力补偿指令的计算。仿真结果表明该方案能有效地抑制PMLSM推力波动对系统的影响,具有很强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:Through the analysis of thrust fluctuation of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor ( PMLSM ), the paper points out the main reasons of thrust fluctuation and proposes a method that reduces the fluctuation by superposing a compensative component in the input command. In this paper, a model was constructed on the base of BP neural network to estimate the thrust fluctuation. Simulation result and experiment verification show that this model can restrain the thrust fluctuation efficiently and has strong robustness.
