钢丝连续拉丝机张力自适应解耦控制

摘    要:以钢丝连续拉丝机为研究对象,通过对拉丝机张力模型的研究,将PID控制器和自适应拉丝模尺寸变化的自适应律以及前馈解耦方案相结合,提出了一种新的应用于拉丝机张力的自适应解耦控制方案.给出了系统张力模型和用于参数调整的自适应解耦算法.通过仿真与实验研究,表明该控制器可以解决拉丝机张力耦合控制问题,实际应用效果良好.

Abstract:A Self-adaptive decoupling controller is proposed for tension of continuous drawbanch by research of drawbanch tension model and combining PID controller and adaptive formula of variation of model size and feed forward decoupling principle. System tension model and adaptive decoupling method is given by some formula. Computer simulation and industrial application results show that the validity of controller, and good performance is gained in application.
