摘    要:针对城市污水处理工艺特点和控制要求,开发了基于OPC技术的集散控制系统,实现了系统的无缝集成.采用Kingview6.5组态软件实现上位监控,集成了统一管理和访问平台.以及模糊PID控制的引入,改善了系统的动态性能和稳态性.实际运行表明,该系统保证了污水处理过程的高效运行,控制和管理水平显著提高,且具有很好的经济效益.

Abstract:The distributed control system was developed which based on OPC technology for process characteristics and control requirements of urban sewage treatment.It achieves seamless integration of the system.Use the configuration software of Kingview 6.5 to complete superior control.It integrates unified management and access platforms.And the system introduces a fuzzy-PID control method which improves the system dynamic performance and steady-state nature.The practical operation shows that the system ensures the efficient operation of the sewage treatment process,control and management are significantly improved,and has good economic benefits.
