摘    要:介绍了以DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A为核心的无刷直流电机全数字化控制器的设计与仿真,主要包括控制系统原理、硬件部分的主要构成、电机控制的策略,软件设计及仿真结果。系统采用电流、速度双闭环控制,电流、速度的调节采用PI调节,转子磁极位置通过霍尔元件检测。经仿真、实验表明,该系统具有快速响应能力和较好的精度,能减小转矩脉动,控制可靠。

Abstract:The design and simulation of brushless DC motor controller based on TMS320LF2407A is introduced in this paper,it is made up of the main parts of hardware,the strategy of motor controlling,the structure of software and the simulation.The double close loops of speed and current control is introduced in the system and the PI control is implemented in the current and speed loop,the position of rotor pole is detected by hall element.The simulation and experiment results show that system has fast response,small torque ripple components and dependable control.
