齿隙非线性对闭环直流调速系统的影响

摘    要:采用最佳工程法设计了电流和转速调节器结构,选择合适参数,用Simnlink建立仿真模型,对系统动态性能进行分析。并引入传动系统齿隙非线性因素,分析了齿隙位置和调节器参数对系统稳定性的影响。对机械传动和控制系统设计具有积极的指导意义。

Abstract:According to the optimal engineering design method, a DC motor control system with backlash was discussed. The structure and parameters of regulator of system were designed. Then the mathematic model of DC motor control system was established by Simulink. The dynamic characters of the system were analyzed. The backlash nonlinear of drive system was lead in. The stability of system influenced by gear backlash in dif-ferent position and the adjustment of regulator's parameters were analyzed. It will positively guide the design of the mechanical drive and control systems.
