摘    要:为提高交流伺服系统的实时性、稳定性,同时还能缩短开发周期,提出一种交流伺服驱动器硬件实现、集成化、模块化的方法和具体实现,利用FPGA技术实现一个高性能的位置伺服驱动器的控制核心,配合少量外围器件,就形成了集成化、模块化交流伺服驱动器的一个可选方案.该模块化交流伺服驱动器在数控机床行业中已形成一定规模的应用.

Abstract:To improve the real-time,stability of AC servo system,while reducing its development cycles,a hardware-based AC servo drives was presented,which is realized in hardware,integrated and modularized.The FPGA technology is used to achieve a high-performance control center,and with a small amount of peripheral devices,a resolution of AC servo drive is provided.The modular AC-servo-driver has been used in CNC machine with a certain scale.
