摘    要:设计了一种大功率开关磁阻电机(SRM)全数字控制系统.该系统采用高性能的数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320F2812和单片机(MCU)89C52主-从双处理器结构,为了减少外围分立器件,增加系统可靠性和抗干扰性,应用了复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)EPM7064S;控制策略采用电流斩波控制(CCC).132 kW大功率SRM控制系统成功应用于矿山矸石山绞车,由现场运行结果表明:速度跟踪性能和抗干扰能力强,电流波形接近理想方波,完全满足了工业现场的应用需求.进一步验证了该系统设计的合理性.

Abstract:A high performance fully digital control system for high power switched reluctance motor(SRM) was presented in this paper.Dual processors architecture was adopted in this system based on high performance digital signal processor(DSP) TMS320F2812 and micro controller unit(MCU) 89C52.Complex programmable logic device(CPLD) EPM7064S in stead of some apart devices was used in order to simplify the exterior circuit and improve the reliability of the system.And current chop control(CCC) was applied as the control strategy.132 kW high power SRM control system was applied successfully to a hoist carrying waste rocks of mine.The results indicate that the speed tracking performance is prompt,anti-disturbance is strong and the current is close to ideal square waveform.The system fully meets the industry need demonstrate that the system is designed reasonably.
