动力锂离子电池离散特性分析与建模

摘    要:离散化特征是目前锂离子电池组在电动汽车上大规模使用时需要认真研究的问题。对电池组工作电压离散特性的统计规律进行了研究,对电池组静态SOC离散程度进行了定量研究。以两种正极材料(磷酸铁锂和锰酸锂)的电池模块为试验对象,对在动态工作中电池模块的电压离散性进行了初步分析,提出了容量衰减系数的概念,并讨论了电流与温度对工作电压离散程度的影响。最后归纳总结了锂离子电池组离散度的影响因素,提出了改善电池组均匀性的控制方法。

Abstract:The nonuniformity characteristics of Li-ion pack needed quantitatively to be studied before they were used as EV's energy system in the large scale. The statistics rule of battery pack service voltage nonuniformity was studied. The static SOC nonuniformity degree was studied quantitatively. Two kinds of battery module made with cathode materials (LiFePO4 and LiMn2O4) were experimental object; their voltage nonuniformity in dynamic work was studied preliminarily. The concept of "capacity fade ratio" was developed and the influence of current & temperature on it was discussed. Factors influencing on battery nonuniformity were concluded and the controlling methods to improve its uniformity were presented.
