镉镍电池浸渍液中镁钾钙铁的连续测定

摘    要:主要简述运用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法连续测定镉镍电池浸渍液中Mg、K、Ca、Fe含量。介绍了镁、钾、钙、铁最佳测定条件以及呈良好线性范围的浓度。同时对测定条件、干扰因素进行综合考虑。该方法具有良好的灵敏度,干扰少,重现性好;准确度、精确度均能达到分析要求。测定样品镁、钾、钙、铁含量的相对标准偏差均小于1.0%(n=8);标准加入回收率均在97.0%~103.0%(n=6)范围内。适用于镉镍电池浸渍液中镁、钾、钙、铁的控制分析和样品系统分析。

Abstract:A comprehensive study of the successive flame atomic absorption spectrophotometers measurement of Mg, K, Ca and Fe in impregnating solution of Ni-Cd batteries is reported in this paper, and the optimum conditions are established upon the above mentioned experiments. A simple, rapid and accurate method is proposed and applied to the analysis of some routine sample with satisfactory results. The value of RSD obtained is less than 1. 0% when n - 8, and a recovery rate of around 97. 0% -103. 0% (when n =6) is obtained. The proposed method proves to be suitable to be applied to the analysis of Ni-Cd impregnating solution.
