摘    要:三电平中点箝位型(NPC)变流器具有输出电压谐波小、器件开关损耗低等优点,作为变流器拓扑被广泛关注和研究。针对NPC三电平变流器中点电压平衡控制问题,本文通过分析NPC三电平变流器的数学模型和中点电位电压波动原理,提出一种零序电压分量注入法,并通过搭建MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型,通过对比试验分析,充分验证了所提方法可以在有功、无功输出工况下,实现中点电压平衡控制,且系统运行情况良好。

Abstract:The three-level neutral point clamped(NPC)converter which has been widely studied as a converter topology has advantages including small harmonics of output voltages and low switching loss of devices and so on.Aimed at solving the neutral point potential balance control problem of the NPC three-level converter,a zero-sequence voltage component injection method is proposed by the analysis of the mathematical model of NPC converters and the voltage fluctuation principle of the neutral-point potential.By the building of the MATLAB/Simulink simulation model and the comparison test and analysis,it is proved that the method can realize the neutral-point voltage balance control under the active and reactive output conditions and the operation status of the system is stable.
