摘    要:随着大范围停电事故的频发以及智能电网技术的发展,基于广域多点信息的广域继电保护成为热点研究问题。基于对广域继电保护技术发展前景与工程实用化要求的分析,论述一种蜂窝式分区域集中决策有限广域继电保护系统,并重点研究了基于通信信息优化的保护分区原则和方法,以及符合保护配合要求的保护跳闸策略。以某电网为例进行实例分析,验证了上述结论的可行性。此研究旨在促进广域继电保护从原理性探索向应用的转化,用以应对具有结构与运行多样性的智能电网的发展要求。
