摘    要:该文对环状超声电机定子中的行波的特征进行了分析,探讨了行波状态下电机定子端面质点椭圆运动轨迹与矩形板表面质点椭圆运动轨迹之间的差异。指出了圆环定子内圆周侧面中的部分区域具有对电机转子的推动作用。据此设计了一种可实现电机薄型化的新结构,并制作了样机,完成了电机定子性能测试和电机运行实验。运行实验结果表明,样机运转平稳,具有较大的输出转矩。实验中还发现,电机在只输入单相交变电压时仍能实现正常运转,分析了这一现象产生的机理。依据上述机理。可以设计一种新型驻波超声电机。

Abstract:The major properties of the traveling wave in the annular stator are analyzed. The elliptic motion of particles on the annular stator surface is compared with the elliptic motion of particles on the rectangular plate surface. Pointed out that partial inside areas of the annular stator can drive the rotor. According to this analysis, a new thin-type ultrasonic motor has been fabricated. The performance test of the stator and the operating experiment of the motor have been finished. The experiment results show that the motor operates smoothly, and has a bigger output torque. In the experiment it is found that the motor can still operate normally with single-phase voltage and the mechanism of the phenomena is analyzed. Based on the mechanism, a new type of standing wave ultrasonic motor can be designed.
