摘    要:正确反映机组动态特性的系统非线性模型和品质优良的非线性控制系统设计,是从本质上解决单元机组大范围、全工况优化运行,提高机组的快速负荷响应能力的2个根本问题。解决机理模型的准确性和复杂性的矛盾是非线性控制系统设计的关键。模型和控制的通用性是使控制系统能够广泛应用的便利条件。针对以上3方面的问题,提出了基于汽包炉单元机组机理模型的非线性稳定逆输出跟踪控制方法,首先建立能够正确反映机组动态特性的适度复杂的机理模型,构造输出项,使稳定逆解存在,并分析期望输出设定的合理性、可行性,然后设计非线性输出跟踪控制器,证明了该控制器的闭环稳定性。通过对河津电厂300MW燃煤机组仿真实验与现场DCS实时数据比较分析,验证了系统的有效性。

Abstract:Nonlinear model that reflects dynamic characteristics and high-quality design of nonlinear control system are essential for the optimization operation and the rapid response ability of load under large range and full condition for unit plant.Striking a balance between fidelity and simplicity of theoretical model is the key in the design of nonlinear control system.Generality of model and control is the convenient condition for the applying of control system.To overcome these difficulties,a control method of nonlinear inversion output tracking based on the theoretical model presented in this article was proposed.A moderate complex theoretical model that reflects dynamic characteristics for unit plant was established,the output was determined for inversion solution,and rationality of desired output was analyzed.Then,a nonlinear output tracking controller was designed and the stability of closed loop was proved.The effectiveness of the control system is proved in the comparison of the simulation results of 300MW unit and the real time data from DCS in Hejin power plant.
