摘    要:高温空气点火技术用于煤粉锅炉的稳定燃烧和点火过程,有利于提高锅炉运行的经济性、安全性。文中针对某200 MW机组锅炉的实际要求,按1:1比例建造三级高温空气点火燃烧器实验台,进行数值模拟及实验研究,得到了煤粉浓度、一次风速度等运行参数与着火特性之间的关系。模拟结果与试验结果,趋势相同。将该燃烧器安装到实际锅炉上,进行锅炉的启动点火试验,点火成功,燃烧稳定。研究结果对此燃烧器的改进及进一步应用提供参考。

Abstract:The technique of coal ignition by high temperature air is used to stabilize the combustion, as well as to ignite pulverized coal (PC) when the boiler starts up, which is beneficial to save oil and improve the safety of boilers. The experimental burner system was built in the proportion of 1:1 according to practical requirements of a 200 MW utility boiler. Experiments and numerical simulation were carried out to recognize the exact flow and combustion characteristics in the coal ignition burner. Several important factors influencing the ignition of PC were analyzed, which were PC concentration, the inlet velocity of primary air flow, the velocity of high temperature air and PC fineness. The simulation results were in accordance with the experimental data. Based on the research, the burners were installed on the 200MW utility boiler. The ignition was successful and the combustion was stable during the boiler start-up. The results can be helpful to the optimization design and the application of the coal ignition burner.
