摘    要:针对多输入多输出的非线性锅炉—汽机系统的参数在大范围工况下发生变化,提出了增益调度伺服系统。增益调度控制方法把非线性系统在一些工况点下进行线性化,针对每一个线性化系统设计了伺服系统。在相应的工况点下,伺服系统能保证良好的动态性能和稳定性。对于这些选定工况点之间的其他工况,提出了一种能保证稳定性的插值方法。基于这种插值方法选择的控制器参数可以由极点配置保证全局稳定。这种增益调度伺服系统具有良好的无差跟踪、参数变化鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。仿真结果说明了这种控制系统能在大范围工况内运行良好。

Abstract:In this paper, a gain scheduled servo system is designed for a MIMO nonlinear boiler-turbine system whose parameters vary over a wide range. This gain scheduled control method linearizes the nonlinear system at several operating points. A servo system is designed for each operating point. These servo systems can guarantee good performance and stability at local operating points. A stability preserving interpolation method is deduced between operating points to guarantee the global stability. The condition for this interpolation and global stability is guaranteed by pole placement. This control system has good tracking property with zero steady-state error and can reject input disturbances. The controller works well even if some parameters change. The nonlinear simulation results show that this control system can work effectively over a wide region of operation.
