摘    要:基于知识的故障诊断系统在水轮发电机组故障诊断研究工作中是重要的课题,需要解决故障诊断规则表示及故障诊断推理2方面的不确定性问题。文中介绍了水轮发电机组故障诊断规则基于双参数方法的规则表示方法及其推理诊断评价和咨询评价方法。在总结水轮发电机组故障诊断规则相关关键问题的基础上,将双参数方法应用到水轮机组故障诊断不确定性规则表示及不确定性诊断推理问题中。通过实例介绍了双参数方法在获取故障诊断规则不确定性参数方面的应用及其在故障诊断推理过程中的应用。

Abstract:Hydraulic turboset is an important power supplying facility. The application research of diagnosis expert systems is a growing topic in the field of the fault diagnosis for the hydraulic turboset. Uncertainty issues in the diagnosis rule presentation and reasoning methods are fundamental in the research and development of the fault diagnosis expert system for the hydraulic turboset. In this paper, based on summarizing essential issues related to the diagnosis rules for the hydraulic turboset, the dual factors method is applied to the rule presentation and reasoning mechanism. A hybrid rule presentation method based on the dual factors method is presented. And the diagnosis reasoning method and consulting method based on the dual factors method are also proposed. Finally, the application examples are presented to verify the effectivity and feasibility of the proposed method.
