中小型电机定子侧结构件对损耗影响的时步有限元分析及降耗措施

摘    要:为研究定子侧扣片槽、扣片、压圈以及机座4种结构件对电机损耗的影响,建立了计及上述结构件的交流电机时步有限元完整计算模型,并针对铸铝机座模型,利用稳态有限元与截断法确定其人工外边界。利用所建立模型系统研究了以下内容:1)扣片槽对不同极数电机损耗的影响程度;2)不同电阻率材料的扣片和压圈对电机损耗的影响;3)铸铁、铸铝及铸钢机座对电机损耗的影响。进一步针对定子侧结构件提出了相应降耗措施,并以一台Y132S.4、5.5kW异步电机为例,对比计算其采取降耗措施后的损耗变化情况,结果显示,采用降耗措施后空载损耗降低约16w,约占额定输出功率的0.3%。研究成果可为超高效电机研制过程中如何降低定子侧结构件中的损耗提供理论与技术支持。
