斜槽异步电动机的多截面有限元法分析

摘    要:斜槽异步电机往往需要复杂的三维有限元分析。在二维涡流电磁场时步法有限元的基础上,提出了研究斜槽异步电机运行特性的多截面有限元法。该方法把电机各横截面的电磁场方程联立求解,从而转子的斜槽效应和涡流效应可以被直接包括在系统方程中。通过计算所得的定子电流波形与实验结果的比较,验证了该方法的正确性。

Abstract:A complicated 3D approach is normally needed to study the performance of induction machines while rotor bars are skewed.In this paper a multislice technique based on the time stepping 2D eddycurrent finite element method is described to study the steadystate operation and the start process operation of skewed induction machines.The fields of multislices are solved in parallel so that the eddy current effect can be directly taken into account.The stator current waveforms obtained by using the program being developed have very good correlation with test data.
