摘    要:通过构建和分析磁刺激穴位的脑功能网络,进而为探索中医针灸学作用机理提供理论依据。研究采用磁刺激方式刺激人体的内关穴,并采集磁刺激前、中、后三种状态的脑电信号;基于C_0复杂度和互信息方法构建三种状态的脑功能网络;利用复杂网络理论对其拓扑特征进行了对比性分析。实验结果表明,刺激状态与刺激前相比,其脑网络的平均度、平均聚类系数、平均全局效率和"小世界"属性的值均明显增大,说明磁刺激内关穴使得脑网络各通道间的连接强度、集团化程度和信息传输效率明显提高;刺激后与刺激前相比,各项拓扑特征值呈增大趋势;刺激后与刺激状态相比,各项拓扑特征值呈减小趋势。

Abstract:This paper aims to construct and analyze brain functional network under magnetic stimulation, and further to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the acupuncture mechanism. In this study, magnetic stimulation was used to stimulate acupoint of Neiguan, and EEG signals of three states including pre-, during- and pro-stimulated states were recorded. Using C0 complexity and mutual information method, the brain functional networks of three states were constructed. And then, using the complex network theory, the topological features of complex network were comparatively analyzed. The experimental results show that the average degree, the average clustering coefficient, the average global efficiency and the small-world property under stimulated state obviously increase, compared with those under the pre-stimulated state. It indicates that magnetic stimulation acupoint of Neiguan improves the channel connection of brain network, the degree of grouping and the efficiency of information transmission obviously. Moreover, the topological features under pro-stimulated state increase in the whole compared with those under the pre-stimulated state, while the topological features under pro-stimulated state present decreasing trends in the whole compared with those under the stimulated state.
