| 摘 要： | 针对目前多数的软开关逆变器拓扑结构中都设置了辅助开关器件来控制谐振过程,导致控制复杂这一问题,提出了一种新型的软开关PWM逆变器,用常规的SPWM能实现开关器件的ZVS,但是当调制度较大时,为实现ZVS,需要限制触发脉冲的最小宽度,这将会导致逆变器输出电流的畸变率变大.为解决这一问题,文中详细分析了实现ZVS的条件,介绍了一种通过选取合适的谐振电感值和耦合电感值,来取消最小触发脉冲宽度限制的方法.仿真和实验结果表明不限制触发脉冲的最小宽度,通过选取合适的电感参数值,开关器件也可以做到关断损耗为零.该软开关PWM逆变器可以有效地减小关断损耗,提高效率.

| Abstract: | A novel soft-switching PWM inverter is proposed.It could achieve ZVS when conventional SPWM is applied.When modulation index is relatively great,minimum width of trigger pulse is needed to limit to achieve ZVS,which could lead to high distortion ratio of the output phase current.In order to solve the problem,the condition of ZVS is analyzed in detail in the paper.By designing proper inductance parameters,ZVS could also be achieved without the restriction of minimum width of trigger pulse.The simulation and ... |
