| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了济钢第三炼钢厂120t转炉倾动的设备工艺以及自动控制系统构成，分析了DeviceNet现场总线和SCAN port通信协议的技术特点，以及如何应用施耐德PLC和1336 IMPACT变频器构成DeviceNet现场总线控制系统，并且详细介绍了应用DeviceNet现场总线实现1336 IMPACT变频器主从控制的方法和变频器参数的设计。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the technics equipment and the structure of auto-control system in the 120t Convertor in No,3 Steel-making Plant of JiGang Group. It analyses the characteristic of technology in DeviceNet field bus and SCAN port communication Protocol and the way how to make DeviceNet control system with PLC（Schneider） and 1336 IMPACT inverter. It also detailed introduces the devise by which we can use the DeviceNet filed bus to realize 1336 IMPACT inverter under master-slave control and the design of the inverter parameter. |
