碳纤维复合芯导线及金具压接施工技术研究

摘    要:碳纤维复合芯导线(简称ACCC)是目前全世界电力输变电系统理想的取代传统的钢芯铝铰导线、铝包钢导线、铝合金导线及进口殷刚导线(简称ACSR)的新产品,碳纤维复合芯导线与传统导线相比具有重量轻、强度大、低线损、弛度小、耐高温、耐腐蚀、与环境亲和等优点,是实现电力传输节能、环保与安全的理想替代品。文章介绍了碳纤维复合芯导线的性能特点和施工方法,为今后实施类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:Aluminum Conductor Composite Core(ACCC) is a new ideal product of world power transmission and transformation system replacing traditional aluminum conductors steel-reinforced,aluminum clad steel wire,aluminum alloy conductor and imported Aluminum Conductors Steel-Reinforced(ACSR),it has advantages of light weight,high strength,low line loss,small sag,high temperature resistant,corrosion resistant and affinity with environment,and is a ideal substitute to realizing energy saving,environmental protection and security of electric power transmission.The paper introduces performance characteristic and construction method of ACCC,and it will provide reference for similar project.
