青海电网运营面临的市场营销风险及其对策

摘    要:青海施行“厂网分离”迫使电网运营企业把主要利润来源从发电侧转向售电侧,电力市场营销的核心地位日益凸显,相关的风险不容忽视。文章指出了电力市场营销风险类型和形成的原因,并对电网运营企业,防范市场营销风险主要从加快电源建设、改善用电结构、因地制宜降低运营成本、大力培育核心竞争力、严格依法运营、实现城乡运营一体化、积极与保险公司合作等方面进行了阐述。

Abstract:Because of implementing 'plant and gird seperation'policy,the source of Qinghai power grid profit has been changed from production side to demand side,the core position of power marketing has been increasingly stood out,and the relevant risk can not be neglected.The paper indicates power marketing risk type and its forming reason,and expounds the method of preventing the risk,improving the power usage structure,decreasing the operation cost,fostering the core competitiveness,as well as introduces other aspects,such as realizing urban and rural integration,cooperating with insurance company actively etc.
