摘    要:荆门换流站接地极工程玻璃钢构架是国内首次应用玻璃钢复合材料的变电构架。重点论述了玻璃钢管成型工艺及力学特性,玻璃钢构架结构型式、结构设计原则、节点连接等,并和钢构架进行技术经济比较。提出了合理的玻璃钢构架结构型式,为玻璃钢构架推广和应用提供参考。

Abstract:The glass fibre reinforced plastic(GFRP)gantry for the earth electrode of Jingmen converter station is the first gantry of switchyard in our country that uses GFRP composite materials.The paper introduces the moulding process and mechanical property of GFRP pipe,the structural type,the principle of structural design and the joint connection of GFRP gantry,and makes an economic comparison between GFRP gantry and steel gantry.The suitable structural type for the GFRP gantry is proposed,which can be used as a reference for extended application of GFRP gantry.
