消弧线圈在35 kV 电网中的运行方式

摘    要:针对山区35 kV 电网在带消弧线圈运行时,不能同时兼顾消弧线圈补偿度和电网三相电压不平衡度这一问题,提出了一种新型的适用于山区35 kV电网的中性点运行方式,该运行方式既可保证电网正常运行时三相电压平衡,又可充分发挥消弧线圈的消弧作用。对该运行方式下的暂态过程进行了大量数值计算,计算表明该运行方式对提高山区35 kV电网运行水平和降低线路雷击跳闸率是有效的和可行的。

Abstract:A new neutral point operation method was proposed with respect to the problem of compensation degree of arc-suppressing coils in 35 kV power grids of mountainous areas and the problem of unbalanced three-phase voltages. This method can not only maintain a balanced three-phase voltage, but also improve the arc-suppressing ability. A lot of calculations of the static process were conducted, and results proved that the operation method proposed in this paper is effective and feasible to improve operation ability of 35 kV power grids in mountainous areas and reduce lightning tripping rate.
