摘    要:中国电网目前已基本实现了全国互联。国民经济发展的客观需要决定了未来中国的电网将在现有同步电网格局的基础上建设以特高压为骨干网架的同步电网。特高压同步电网为实现长距离、大容量输电, 促进跨大区、跨流域水火互济和更大范围资源优化配置提供网架支持。特高压输电具有较好的经济和社会效益。采取综合应对措施, 可以提高特高压电网的安全稳定性水平。

Abstract:The power networks in China are interconnected basically. The national economy development objective needs have determined that the future power networks will build up the synchronous power network taking UHV as its bone frame based on the existing synchronous power network pattern. UHV synchronous power network provide with network frame support for long-distance and large capacity transmission, facilitation of hydro and thermo power supplementation among large areas and drainage areas and optimum resource allocation. Being of good economic and social benefits, UHV transmission can enhance the safety and stability of the UHV synchronous power network with comprehensive countermeasures.
