衍射时差法超声检测技术在超超临界机组安装中的应用

摘    要:介绍了衍射时差法(time of flight diffraction technique,TOFD)超声检测技术的原理及在某超超临界机组高压管道焊缝检测中的应用情况。对TOFD超声检测技术与常规检测技术进行了比较分析,结果表明,采用TOFD超声检测技术与常规超声检测、磁粉检测相结合的检测方案可以有效发现焊缝内缺陷,保证现场焊缝质量。用该技术代替射线检测,可明显提高现场的安装效率,降低工程成本。

Abstract:The paper introduces time of flight diffraction technique(TOFD) ultrasonic inspection technology principles and its application in a certain USC unit HP pipe weld beam inspection.The results prove that the combination of TOFD inspection technology with conventional ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspections can find out weld internal defects effectively to ensure field weld quality.The technology replacing radiation inspection can increase field installation efficiency and reduce engineering cost.
