| 摘 要： | 在低碳经济的政策环境下,实现CO2的有效减排是当前电力行业面临的突出问题.碳捕集和封存技术是实现电力低碳化发展的关键技术,本文结合碳交易的不同发展阶段,提出碳捕集电厂不同的应对策略,使碳捕集电厂达到收益最大化的目的.

| Abstract: | It's a great challenge to reduce CO2 emission effectively in power system during the low-carbon economy pieriod.Carbon capture and storage will play an important role in the evolution of power decarburization.Based on different development stage of carbon exchange,different strategies for carbon capture power plant to gain maximum profit are put forward in the paper. |
