摘    要:对国投晋城热电300 MW燃煤机组直接能量平衡(DEB)协调控制系统以及自动发电控制(AGC)的响应特性进行了分析,并且在对控制对象动态特性分析的基础上进行了调节参数的试验整定,指出采用负荷指令、DEB-TFF的微分以及主蒸汽压力偏差作为协调控制系统的前馈信号,可提高机组对外界负荷的适应性。试验结果表明:DEB控制方式达到了协调控制系统快速性和稳定性的要求,有效提高了机组对外界负荷需求的响应。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the DEB coordinated control system and the response characteristic of AGC adopted by 300 MW coal fired unit in Jincheng Thermal Power Plant, experimentally tunes the parameter on the basis of the analysis of dynamic characteristic of controlled object, points out the significance of the coordinated control system, the feed - forward signal of which is from load command, differential of DEB - TFF and main steam pressure deviation, in enhancing the adaptive of external load of unit. The result of test shows that DEB control reaches the requirement for the rapidity and stability of coordinated control system , which effectively enhances the response to the external load.
