| 摘 要： | 介绍了陕西渭桃雍地区电网安全稳定控制系统的总体配置,其中系统设计为单机配置,桃曲变电站、雍城变电站和渭河电厂各配置一套安全稳定控制装置。阐述了安全稳定控制系统、桃曲变电站、雍城变电站和渭河电厂安全稳定控制装置的主要功能、系统的控制策略、通信的方案与实现。系统的投运保证了该地区电网的稳定,保证了渭河电厂电量的安全稳定送出。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the overall electrical network security and stability control system configuration of Weitaoyong area in Shanxi Province.A set of security and stability control devices are equipped in Taoqu substation,Yongcheng substation and Weihe power plant respectively.The main functions,control strategies and communication modes are elaborated.The running of this system guaranteed the grid stability of this area,and the stable and secure power sendout of Weihe plant as well. |
