摘 要: | 安徽省某发电厂440 t/h CFB锅炉在调试期间再热器超温,严重影响锅炉机组的安全经济运行。通过试验研究和计算分析,找出再热器系统超温的原因;采用提高一次风量的方案,再热器减温水量大幅下降,提高了锅炉机组运行的安全性和经济性,获得了良好的经济效益。

Causes Analysis and Measures for Overheating on a 440 t/h CFB Boiler's Reheater System |

Abstract: | During commissioning in one Anhui power plant,reheater overheating occurred in 440 t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler,consequentially influencing safe and economic operation of the boiler.The cause of the reheater overheating has been revealed by tests and analysis.The problem solved by raising primary air flow rate,wherewith the reheater desuperheating water has been remarkably reduced.The boiler sets' operational safety and economy have been raised. |
