| Abstract: | Based on the system and the function & request of 110 kV substation total automation, the main content involved in system design is put forward.The hardware is designed for the substation total automation and the software is provided for the substation total automation so that a background net is established which can combine communication function between controlling protection & the substation and the background observing & controlling function into a substation total automation system.Aiming at the disadvantage that the automation system can not be interoperated according to IEC60870 series stipulations,this paper introduces the technical advancement of IEC61850 standard, analyses IEC61850 briefly and puts forward the concrete scheme from the existing system to IEC61850 standard. |
