| 摘 要： | 针对某一实际电网的潮流运行数据,首先分析了电网的阻塞状况,指出用扩建线路来改善输电阻塞的必要性,并建立了输电线路扩建的优化指标,即拟扩建的线路投资少且输送能力强,然后采用启发式算法来确定消除线路阻塞的方案,使之满足安全性与可靠性的要求,最后对扩建线路方案与传统线路阻塞管理方案之间的经济效益作了计算比较,证明此方案具有经济性能指标优的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the data of power flow in a practical power system and proposes the necessity of the transmission lines expansion after analyzing transmission congestion.An effective index of transmission lines is built in order to decrease cost and increase transmission capability,then a secure expansion lines scheme based on heuristic method is obtained,and the scheme is economic by the comparison of transmission lines expansion and general scheme of transmission congestion management. |
