| 摘 要： | 针对亚临界600MW机组单顺阀切换过程中的问题，分析了阀序对轴系运行稳定性的影响。通过对机组高调门阀序及特性关系的合理确定，解决了阀门切换过程中存在的瓦温高、负荷摆动大的问题，提高了机组的安全经济运行水平。

| Abstract: | According to the problems on the process of single and sequential valve switch, the influence of valve characteristic relation to shafting operation stability is analyzed. Through the rational confirmation of sequential valve of high adjustable valve and characteristic relation, the problems of high temperature bearing bush and large movement load in the operation of valve switch are solved, which improves the safety and economy of unit operation. |
