| Abstract: | The ocurring and developing process of largescope blackout dated on November 4,2006 in western Europe has been presented.The main reasons bringing about the large-scope blackout have been analyzed and lessones have been learned.Based on the current status of Shanxi Power Grid,measures to safe and stable operation have been proposed. |
