摘    要:论述了漳泽电力股份有限公司漳泽发电分公司苏制215 MW汽轮机高中压缸通流部分改造方案,改造后,高压缸效率达到84.43%,中压缸效率为93.94%,热耗率为7 989.4 kJ/(kW.h),并同步进行中低压连通管抽汽供热改造,提高了机组出力,达到了节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:This paper illustrates the scheme and the effectiveness of the modification of the passage flow of HIPC for 215 MW Turbine made by former Soviet Union. After the modification, the efficiency of HP cylinder and IP cylinder reaches 84.4% and 93.94% respectively; and the heat toss rate is 7 984.4 kJ/ (kW · h). Meanwhile, the modification of steam extracting and heat supplying is done in the connecting pipes between HP and IP , which can improve the unit output and reduce energy consumption.
