燃气机组增压机防喘振控制分析

摘    要:经过对某燃气机组增压机再循环阀两次异动工况进行分析,阐述了防喘振控制系统的原理,介绍了再循环阀调节动作的机理,找到了导致其异常动作的原因,并提出了改进措施予以实施,有效解决了该问题,保证了设备的安全运行,为燃气电站增压系统类似故障的分析处理有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on the analysis on two abnormal cases of operation conditions of a gas turbine supercharger recirculation valve, the principle of anti-surge control system was illustrated and the mechanism of recirculation valve regulating action was introduced. Through the analysis of the reasons of abnormal operations,the improvement measures to be implemented were laid out,which ensures the safe operations of equipment. It is significant for the similar faults to be coped with.
