摘    要:安装过程中的质量控制对预防锅炉四管爆漏至关重要,例如焊接质量缺陷、锅炉承压部件内部清洁度问题以及原材料质量控制与管理、应力失效等因素都可能导致锅炉四管爆漏。文章讨论了基建工程中防止锅炉投运后四管爆漏的技术措施和先进的工艺技术。

Abstract:The quality control in the erection process is very important for preventing the bursting-leakage failures of four kinds tubes(economizer,air preheater, water wall and superheater tubes)of boilers,for example,welding quality defects,inside cleanness of boiler's pressure parts ctc.problems as well as the quality control,management and stress failure of raw and processed materials etc. factors.The paper discussed the technical measures and advanced technologies in the capital construction process for preventing the bursting-leakage failures of four kinds tubes of boilers after commissioning.
